To link user’s to statements click here
Once you have set up the bank link and linked users to relevant cards, you have the ability to move transactions from statements and delete transactions.
To do this navigate to Administration -> Expenses -> Bank Link.
The 'Transactions' setting will allow you to delete not required transactions or recover transactions if they have been deleted or marked as personal.
The transactions section can be filtered by the following;
Statements – Ability to filter by individual statements.
Accounts – Ability to filter by a user (account).
The ‘delete’ and ‘personal’ buttons are defaulted to show both of the items.
The ‘move transactions’ section allows you to move transactions from a statement/account to another statement/account.
You can either move the transactions from statements/account to another statement/account.
Or
Move transactions from account to another account in the same statement.
This screen is only available for Admin users.
