Once the license for user import is enabled on your site, as an admin you add the following access level :
HRP - Administration in User Profile to any admin user.
You will find the HRP user import in Administration. (If you are unable to find this section, contact the support helpdesk)
Administration -> User settings -> HRP user import.
The General settings will require you to insert the API URL, if you are unsure on this contact your CIVICA consultant who will be able to provide you with an API URL.
You need to ensure that the Enable scheduled import toggle is set to YES if you want the users to be imported at a certain time.
Then, set up a time of day that you want the HRP import schedule to take place.
Click the Setup run schedule toggle to set up import schedule.
Click Refresh post to import posts from PeopleLIVE.
Click Refresh payroll groups to import payroll groups from PeopleLIVE.
The Template mapping on side menu will enable you to match imported posts to relevant templates that are set up on the MyExpenses system.
The Payroll groups will show all available imported payroll groups, you can enable/disable groups with users you want to be imported.
Then return back to the General settings and click on Run import.
If users don’t have an email or post set up on the PeopleLIVE system, they will not appear on MyExpenses
