This section relates to users with the following access levels:
Accounts -> Administration
Request an Advance -> Draft
Users with these access levels can create advances for Advance and Debit Card accounts belonging to any other user. On the Accounts dashboard, there is a setting drop-down.
In the drop-down menu there is an option Add advance/funds to an account.
Selecting this option shows a page containing a list of accounts and users.
This page shows all active accounts of type Advance and of type Debit Card. The search filter will match accounts if the entered text is contained within any of the following fields:
- Claimant name
- Claimant username
- Account name
- Account reference
The filter is not case sensitive.
Clicking on the > button (or account name) will take you to the advance request edit page where the account is pre-selected for you (and cannot be changed). Note that the user associated with the account is displayed as Claimant.
