From the side menu, select the product you are using (eg MyExpenses/MyTime/InvoiceFlow) and select the Export link.
If you are using MyExpenses, you can also access the batch area From the Dashboard. Use the Make payments link.
To remove a claim(s) from a draft batch click on the pencil icon by the batch the claim is sitting in.
Then, click on the plus icon.
Use the
icon to remove the claim from the batch.
To remove a claim(s) from a submitted batch click on the 'submitted' button.
Then, click on the pencil by the batch and click 'Unsubmit'.
Once unsubmitted, click on the plus sign to remove the claim(s) from the batch.
Once the claim(s) are taken out of the batch, the claim's will become available in the Expenses/Finance queue.
