Report views can be customised in a way which will allow users to regular emails containing reports which they would not otherwise have access to.
Any report in report views can be customised into an email subscription.
To set up an email subscription navigate to report views.
Then, select a report that you'd like to create an email subscription for.
You can customise the report if you only want to share certain information with the required users.

Once the report is customised to show the information you want to share with certain users select 'save customisation'.
You will then find the customised report in 'customised views'.
To set up how often these emails should be sent and who they should be sent to open the customised report and click the 'option' button then 'email subscription'.
Begins - This allows you to choose when you want the email subscription to start and at what time.
Frequency - Allows you to choose how often you want the users to receive these email subscriptions.
This option will allow you to add users to the email subscription however only users with the required access level will show.
Once the correct settings/users have been chosen you can click 'create'.
