When accessing the system for the first time, simply follow the below steps:
1. Click the URL link (save this as a bookmark) sent by your Expense/Finance Team.
2. Click ‘Forgotten your password’.
3. You will then be prompted to enter your email address (This will be your email address set up in the system).
4. Enter your Email address and click 'Reset password'.
5. You will be sent an email shortly with a temporary password (please check junk if you do not receive an email directly to your inbox) The temporary password is valid for one hour.
6. Log in using your email address and the new temporary password you just received.
7. You will then be asked to reset your password to a unique password, this will be your password going forward (The current password is your 'Temporary' password).
If you are a new user and you have an option to use 'Self Registration' you can see on the login page a link : I am new to Point Progress and need an account. Click the link and create your account.
