Creating working patterns
From the dashboard, click Administration on the left hand side menu.
Then click MyTime.
Then click Working Patterns to create a new working pattern.
To begin creating a new working pattern, click the green Add a new working pattern button.
You will then be presented with this menu, here you can fill out the fields of your working pattern.
Please note that all fields in yellow are compulsory, and must be completed.
Description - A description of the working pattern
Start of the week - You can choose when you want the working week to start for this particular working pattern
Monday, Tuesday, etc. - You can add your working pattern rules to each individual day using the dropdown
Requires full hours before overtime is applied - You can choose if your working pattern needs a user to input the full hours of a working week before any overtime can be added
Submit timesheets automatically - This will allow for the automatic submission of all open timesheets at the chosen time on the last day of the week.
Automatically clock out - This will allow for the automatic clocking out of shifts that are missing a clock out time in accordance with the standard working hours for the day.
Once you have filled out all of the fields you wanted to, click the green Setup timesheet generation button.
That will take you to this menu, where you can create a scheduled timesheet reminder for your users.
Once you have completed this, click the green Save button.
To save your working pattern, click the green Save button.
