How to assign a credit card to a user through Bank Link.
The Bank will import all the transactions into our system, you may choose how often you would like the transactions importing.
Firstly the users will have to have the correct access levels assigned to them.
To access 'Access levels' click the Administration button in the left hand navigation menu.
Then click User Settings -> Select a user -> Click on the pencil by the users name -> Click on Access level.
Standard users will need these two 'Access levels' assigning ;

For an Administrator who has to manage all the settings with credit cards there will have to be an additional access level assigned ;

To assign a credit card to a user through bank link click Administration button in the left hand navigation menu select Expenses then navigate to Bank Link.
On the left side there's five sections.
Banks - Credit card providers.
Accounts- Accounts that are connected to a credit card.
Categories -Categories can be configured so that transactions can be excluded from imports by adding them to the exclusions list.
Settings - Statement start date which can be changed.
To link a credit card to a user Select an existing account.
Then Select an account to link to. This will enable reconciliation of imported transactions against that account.
To create a new account click Create a new account.
You may unlink any linked accounts by clicking 'Unlink button'.
